Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and handling or administration fees once it reaches your destination country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and/or postal service and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. As such, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee whether they will be applied, as this depends on the regulations and processing procedures of your country.

By placing an order with us, you agree to accept any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. If such charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or fees from your refund.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the destination country. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow up to 20 days from the shipping date before contacting us.

 Important:
We do not offer refunds or send replacements before 20 days have passed since the order was shipped. This is because international deliveries can take longer than expected.

After 20 days, if your order still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
